Women’s Volleyball Swept Culver-Stockton

Canton, Mo. - The Graceland University women's volleyball team took on the Culver-Stockton College Wildcats. The Yellowjacket defeated the Wildcats, 3-0. Graceland moves to 6-15 on the season and 3-10 in conference.

Set 1: Graceland 25 | Culver-Stockton 22
The Yellowjackets would add a four-point lead early (8-4); three points would come from Kaylee Baker's kills and an Addison Demesko ace. Later in the set, Graceland would add to their advantage with kills from Brenna Crabtree (two kills) and Kayla Watanabe. The Wildcats would find a five-point jump to close the gap to one point. An Allison Long kill and an Addison Demesko ace would end the set.

Set 2: Graceland 25 | Culver-Stockton 23
Graceland would continue their fire into the second set and would work to a 15-6 lead; key points from Brenna Crabtree, Ali Gillen, Arissa Carpenter, Kaylee Baker, Allison Long and aces from Shelby Jabour and Addison Demesko. Culver-Stockton would add a six-point rally to close the three-point gap and tie at 17-17. Graceland would snatch the last point for the set.

Set 3: Graceland 25 | Culver-Stockton 21
Wildcats would have a six-point rally to take the lead 7-4. Graceland would work from behind to add a six-point rally to tie and take the lead, 19-17, with key points from Sierra Kauweloa, Arissa Carpenter, and an ace by Allison Long. Addison Demesko would end the set with an ace.
