NAIA Eligibility
Competing at Graceland requires you to create a profile on NAIA and complete their eligibility process.
STEP 1 – Register
Register at www.playnaia.org and start completing your profile
STEP 2 – Pay Eligibility Fee or Request a Waiver
Pay the NAIA Eligibility Center Fee or Request a Fee Waiver (if you qualify for one)
The NAIA Eligibility Center fee is a non-refundable fee.
- $90.00 for U.S. and Canadian students enrolling full-time at an NAIA school in the first full term following high school graduation
- $135 for U.S. and Canadian freshmen break students, who do not have any college enrollment after high school graduation
- $150 for U.S. and Canadian college transfer students, who have any college enrollment after high school graduation
- $150.00 for international students
Since registration fees are non-refundable, if a student pays the fee prior to submitting the required fee waiver information, a fee waiver cannot be used. Registration fee waivers are available based on demonstrated need for U.S. students only. U.S. students who receive(ed) a waiver of SAT or ACT fees or received the federal free or reduced-priced school lunch program are eligible for a registration fee waiver. The student must be registered and the student’s high school must submit the fee waiver confirmation through the NAIA High School Portal. The primary user of the High School Portal account must verify that the student meets one of the available criteria for a fee waiver to be approved.
Due to policies enacted by the Department of Education, transfer students must receive a fee waiver from their high school, as financial aid information can no longer be shared directly with the NAIA Eligibility Center.

STEP 4 - Give Your Coach Your PlayNAIA ID#
Contact your Graceland Coach with your PlayNAIA ID # to have them add you to Graceland's short list
Once they have added you to the Graceland short list, you will need to log in and approve it
STEP 5 - Send Your Transcripts to the NAIA
Sending High School Documents
All U.S. high school documents must be submitted via the NAIA High School Portal. High school transcripts sent via mail or third-party transcript services (such as Parchment) will not be accepted. The student must submit their eligibility profile, before their high school can upload their transcript via the portal.
Test Scores
The student must request their test scores to be sent directly from the testing service using our code: 9876.
NAIA does not accept test scores that appear on high school transcripts. The scores must be sent directly from the testing service to the NAIA Eligibility Center.
College Documents
Official transcripts from all previous post-secondary institutions must be submitted directly by the issuing institution to the NAIA Eligibility Center. The preferred method of receiving transcripts is through the NAIA Registrar’s Portal. Institutions who do not use the NAIA Registrar’s Portal will need to send transcripts via an approved third party vendor (Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, or Credentials Solutions/E-Scrip Safe) or by mail.
- If using a third party vendor and an email address is required, students must use: documents@naia.org.
- If mailed, official transcripts must be in a school-sealed envelope.
