Men's Basketball Dominated the Mustangs
Lamoni, Iowa – The Graceland University Men's Basketball team took down the Mount Mercy University Mustangs, 76-47. They move to 9-7 on the season and are 4-6 in the Heart.

Half 1: Graceland 39 | Mount Mercy 26
Both teams came out on fire, neither giving the other the edge; in the first five minutes of play, the lead would change twice and tie three times. The Yellowjackets were able to find the lead with the made three-pointer by C.J. Wilson. Graceland collected an 11-2 scoring run started from Sam'i Roe's made layup, creating a 25-12 lead. With just under four minutes left, the Mustangs would close their deficit to seven. Seth Compas would complete the scoring of the half with a jumper and Graceland would lead by 13 heading into the locker rooms (39-26).
Half 2: Graceland 37 | Mount Mercy 21
Aleksa Markovic would sink the second half's first basket (41-26), and both teams would go point for point. The Yellowjackets would find their groove cashing in a 16-point increase over a seven minute period (68-41). The Mustangs would put up two layups to try and close the gap. The Yellowjacket's advantage would be too great, and they would take the victory (76-47).
