Kat Albertson enters her first year as head coach of the Dance Team.

Originally from Grand Rapids, Mich. She began dancing at the age of four and started competing around the country in all different styles of dance by the age of seven. Once in high school, she was a part of the Varsity dance team for four years and was MVP and Captain her Senior year.

Coach Albertson went on to dance at Central Michigan University and graduated with a degree in Child Development in 2017. Upon graduating college, she became the Head Coach at East Kentwood High School and would serve for four years. During that time, they were 2x Regional Champions, National Runner-Ups, Battle Cup winners, and recognized by the Board of Education for our commitment to excellence.

Prior to Graceland she lived in Salt Lake City, Utah. Coach Albertson moves to Lamoni, Iowa with her dog.
