When: Friday, March 22nd, 2024

Where:  Morden Center Indoor Track, Graceland University, Lamoni, Iowa.

Participants: Open to high school girls and boys.

Entry Fee: $10.00 per athlete or $120.00 per team per gender.  

Limitations:   Each athlete may enter up to 4 individual events. Field sizes will be limited to 6 individuals/event apart from the field events, where entries will be limited to 4/school/gender.

                                We will allow up to two relays per event

Payment: Please make checks payable to: Graceland University Track & Field

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE THE DAY OF THE MEET!

Entry Deadline:         3/20 6pm

How to Enter: Entries will be entered through the Bound Website. If you already have an account, log in at https://manager.gobound.com/eventregistrations/enter/new/h20240116071523890c53079135f8049 and go to meet entries to enter your athletes. If you have not registered, please contact amesallamerican@gmail.com to get signed up. Attached are further instructions on creating your roster and signing up for the meet How to Register for a Track Meet | Varsity Bound Help Center (intercom.help). There will be no meet website link.

Declaration: All entries must be saved by 6:00 pm on Wednesday, March 20th.
The entry website is an automated system and will automatically shut down at the times listed above. Please make sure you remember to save your roster.

Rules: No Spiked Shoes Permitted on the infield! Anyone caught wearing spikes on the infield will be ejected from the facility. NO Warnings!

Hospitality: There will be a hospitality room with cold drinks and snacks for coaches only.
