Women’s Volleyball Cruises Past Tiger.
Mount Pleasant, Iowa - The Graceland University women's volleyball team traveled to take on the Iowa Wesleyan Tigers. The Yellowjackets defeated the Tigers in a four-set match, 3-1. They move to 5-7 on the season and 0-1 in conference play.

Set 1: Graceland 26 | Tigers 24
The Tigers were able to put points up first, find their way to a 12-6 lead early on, and lead most of the set. A bad set from the Tigers gave the Yellowjackets the advantage, taking four of the remaining five points.
Set 2: Graceland 25 | Tigers 22
The Yellowjackets came out on fires taking the lead. The Tigers worked to close the gap; the closest they would get would be two points (24-22). A kill by Arissa Carpenter from Addison Demesko would seal the second set.
Set 3: Graceland 24 | Tigers 26
Iowa Wesleyan would find the lead with a seven-point scoring run (11-16). Sierra would make halt their run with a kill from Megan Janok. Both teams pushed to take the set; Tiger claimed the set with an ace.
Set 4: Graceland 25 | Tigers 20
The Yellowjackets would claim seven of the first ten points. The Tigers would put up their own 7-1 run to close their deficit to one point. Iowa Wesleyan would tie the match at 17-17. Graceland produced a four-point scoring run to extend their lead to four and remained until Kaylee Baker ended the match.
