Men’s Volleyball Halted by No. 8 Park

Parkville, Mo. – The Graceland University Men's Volleyball team took on the Park University Pirates. The Yellowjackets were defeated by the Spartans, 3-0. Moving to 4-17 on the season and are 2-12 in the Heart.

Set 1: Graceland 16 | Park 25
Park would bring a lead in with a 2-8 run. Graceland would see kills from Thomas Welesoh, Sam Johnson, Andrew Cziep, and Sonny Tofi and blocks from Sam Johnson. The Pirates snatch the last point from a kill to take set one.

Set 2: Graceland 16 | Park 25
Sonny Tofi would get the first point for the Yellowjackets with a kill from Logan Book, followed by a Tofi block for a 2-0 lead. The Pirates would answer for a 3-1 run to take the lead. Graceland would see points from Tofi, Andrew Cziep (block), and Thomas Weseloh (kill). Park snatch the three remaining points for the second set.

Set 3: Graceland 13 | Park 25
The Pirate would create an early lead (5-1). The Yellowjackets would see kills from Andrew Cziep, Sam Johnson, Thomas Weseloh, and Sonny Tofi and blocks from Weseloh and Kalanikapu Aona. Pirates would take the third set.
