Lamoni, Iowa - The Graceland University men's soccer took on the Missouri Valley (Mo.) Vikings. The Yellowjackets fell to the Vikings, 1-3 and move to 5-7-3 and 2-6-2 in conference play.
Prior to the game, the Yellowjackets honored 13 seniors; Victor da Rocha Wehbe, Cristobal Ponce Quintanilla, Victor Hernandez Bou, Raphael Salles, Rodrigo Vilar, Nicolò Monacelli, Moise Ndatabaye, Benjamin Barrera, Jack Leeming, Joaquin Sebastian Acuña Mendoza, Sean Png, Josh Angel-Craven, and Hugo Das Chagas Pols
The Scoring
Missouri Valley got on the board early in the first half from a penalty kick (4:46 minute). The Yellowjackets answered with their own; from the corner kick by Nicolo Monacelli, Jack Leeming footed the ball into the back of the net.
The Vikings were able to move down the field to take advantage (1-2) and they would add one more to solidify their victory late in the second half (1-3).
