Crete, Neb. – The Graceland University men's soccer team traveled this afternoon to take on the Doane (Neb.) Tigers. The Yellowjackets conquered the Tigers 3-0, and are now 2-1-1 on the season.
The Scoring
The Yellowjacket's Nicolo Monacelli found the back of the net at the 14-minute mark to put a goal on the board first. Tyler Dailey assisted him.
Both teams fought to be competitive in the second half. Late in the half, Graceland was able to put another in by Raphael Salles from the pass by Nicolo Monacelli (84:25). The Yellowjackets sealed the victory with his second goal of the game, Raphael Salles from Josh Craven.
