Women’s Flag Football Halted by Cottey

Nevada, Mo. – The Graceland Women's Flag Football team took on the Cottey College Comets. The Yellowjackets were defeated by the Comets, 58-0. Graceland moves to 0-4 overall and 0-2 in the KCAC.

Graceland would have a net of 61 rushing yards with Shyla Barrios gaining 50 yards. Alyssia Figueroa would follow next with three receptions for 20 yards. Reece Toner would lead defensively with eight tackled, and Kylee Dixon would have one sack.

Up Next:
The Yellowjackets will be back on Saturday, April 6, when they take on the Hesston Triangular. They will take on Hesston College Larks at 9:00 am and at 11:00 am they will compete against the Kansas Wesleyan University Coyotes.
