Flag Football Halted in Inaugural Opening Games

Fort Scott, Kan. – The Graceland Women's Flag Football team competed in their inaugural games at the Fort Scott Triangular hosted by Fort Scott Community College.

The Yellowjackets would fall to the Pratt Community College Beavers in game one, 27-13. Claudinae Hurt would score both touchdowns for Graceland. Shyla Barrios would get one extra point. Yasmin Yusman would gain one interception.

Graceland was defeated by Fort Scott with a score of 19-6. Shyla Barrios would find the Greyhound endzone. Yasmin Yusman would gain one interception.

The Yellowjackets will be back on Wednesday, March 20, when they take on the Midland University Warriors. Kick-off is set for 7:00 p.m.
