Football Defeated by the No. 2 Grand View

Lamoni, Iowa – The Graceland University football took on the No. 2 Grand View University Vikings. The Yellowjackets were defeated by the Vikings, 52-13 and move to 3-5 on the season and 0-2 in the Heart.

The Vikings would break the scoreless deadlock with a touchdown (9-yard rush) at the 3:30-minute mark. Grand View would add a 32-yard field goal with four seconds on the clock.

Grand View would add to their lead with a block punt recovery, extra point failed (16-0). Grand View would add two more touchdowns.

To close the first half, Graceland's Cade Ross would find Felix Wade for a 26-yard touchdown; the extra point by Jacob Collett was good (31-7).

Grand View added to their advantage, finding the endzone twice (45-7).

Quarter 4: Graceland 6 | Grand View 7
Graceland would find the endzone on a six-play drive for 64 yards – Tre Blake added a 16-yard touchdown from Cade Ross, extra point missed (45-13).

The Vikings would close the game with a final touchdown at the 4:41-minute mark for the 52-13 victory.
