Football Clipped Central Methodist and Remain Undefeated

Fayette, Mo. – The Graceland University football traveled to take on the Central Methodist University Eagles. The Yellowjackets took down the Eagles 48-7 and move to 2-0 on the season.

Quarter 1 Graceland 13 | Central Methodist 0
G Graceland would kick off the game to get the first touchdown from an 11-yard Cade Ross rush; the extra point would fail. The Yellowjackets would have a seven-play drive for 45 yards to end, with Gerald Monroe crossing the endzone from an 11-yard pass by Ross.

Quarter 2: Graceland 14| Central Methodist 0
Graceland would extend their lead to 20-0 from a Tre Blake 6-yard pass from Cade Ross; the extra point by Alex Tuyo was good. Ross would complete a 29-yard pass to Gerald Monroe touchdown with seconds left on the clock. Graceland would head into the half-time leading by 27 (27-0).

Quarter 3: Graceland 7 | Central Methodist 0
The Yellowjackets would continue to push their advantage over the Eagles at the 9:55-minute mark. Reggie Wilson would enter the endzone from a 12-yard pass by Cade Ross (34-0).

Quarter 4: Graceland 14| Central Methodist 7
Graceland would continue their dynamic into the fourth set. Jadan Gilliland would rush 5-yards for the sixth touchdown of the night to add a 34 lead over the Eagles. Central Methodist would get on the board with under five minutes remaining in the quarter from a 5-yard rush. Graceland would retaliate and end the game with a 30-yeard rushing touchdown by Jamom McGlory for the 48-7 victory.
