Bio
Kendall Smith enters his first year as the head cheer coach in the fall of 2022
Smith is a 2021 Missouri Valley College graduate, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. While at Missouri Valley, he was a part of Alpha Sigma Phi and on the Missouri Valley Cheer team for four and a half years.
While an Alpha Sigma Phi member, he spent time as the Treasurer and the Fundraising Director. As a member of the Cheer team, he won four straight Conference titles, three straight Regional titles, and a National title in 2018.
In 2016, Smith joined the National Cheerleaders Association as an Instructor in the Central region. In 2022 he was promoted to Head Instructor.
The Washington, Mo. native resided in Independence, Mo., before moving to Lamoni, IA.
