Baseball Concluded at the Joplin Invitational

Joplin, Mo. – The Graceland University Baseball team took on the Joplin Invitational, competing against the Roosevelt University Lakers and the Morningside College Mustangs. The Yellowjackets fell to the Lakers and the Mustangs.

T2 – Graceland would score one, off the Elio Narvaez RBI double to bring home Zach Tanabe (GU: 1| RU:0)
T3 – Bryan Paez sac fly to right field to score Ethan Balogh. A Zach Tanabe RBI double would bring in JD Woodruff (GU: 3| RU:0)
B3 – The Lakers would get on the board and add five runs from an RBI triple and double, along with two hit-by-pitch (GU: 3| RU:5)
T6 – Graceland would come out to take the lead with five runs scored. Matt Klonsinski drove the ball to right field for an RBI single to score Zach Tanabe.
